The Oller del Mas Estate has been in the same family since the X Century. Yes, you read that right, for well over 1,000 years, it has belonged to the same family. This small castle is located near the town of Manresa, 60km north of Barcelona and near the Montsant mountain range, in the heart of the Pla de Bages DO. In the amazing history of this estate, the Oller family have been knights, monks, professors, politicians, artisans...and always vine growers & wine makers.

A few years ago, the newest generation decided to start making high quality wines exclusively with the organic vines they grow in their beautiful estate. At Oller del Mas they grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Picapoll Negre & Picapoll Blanc. The estate has 437 hectares of vines and forest. The winery is in the basement of the castle, where it has been for ages. Today it is equipped with state of the art technology, stainless steel fermenting tanks and French & American oak barrels.
